conveyor systems to be powered with just one drive. LineFlow makes these systems affordable, through reduced mechanization,
wiring and motor controls. It is a clean, quiet, flexible system, ideal for clean rooms, electronic assembly areas, and plants
handling food, pharmaceuticals and dozens of other products.
LineFlow is a system of live roller conveyor components – straights, curves, merges, spurs, diverts and many accessories – that can be powered
with one motor, coupled to a line shaft that runs the length of the conveyor.
Application
Ideal for applications such as clean rooms, electronic assembly areas and pharmaceuticals, LineFlow components and accessories
create a clean, quiet, flexible system. Loads up to 60 pounds per foot can be moved at standard speeds up to 120 fpm.

- A 1” diameter, cold-rolled steel shaft rides in sealed lifetime lubricated pillow block bearings
- Shafts are coupled at section and joins with a flexible chain coupler
- Shaft and spools are covered on the sides and bottom
- The gearmotor is connected to the lineshaft with poly chain belt drives and sprockets. Power is transmitted through the lineshaft to drive intermediate sections, curves, spurs, and transfer mechanisms.
